How can I get AKC certification for my puppy?
To get an AKC certificate, you would need to order a KCT (Kennel Club of Taiwan) certificate for $150. KCT is internationally recognized by AKC, and can be transferred to full AKC. You can read more about this process from AKC’s website. Note that the process of getting the KCT transferred to full AKC needs to be done by the customer. Also, since we can’t guarantee the conversion of the KCT certificate to AKC as that’s up to those organizations. We are not affiliated with them.
What papers will my puppy come with?
Your puppy will come with the following:
1. Vaccination certificate, which includes proof of DHLPP shots (protects against Distemper, Hepatitis, Leptospirosis, Parvovirus, Parainfluenza), de-worming, and flea and tick removal.
2. Health Certificate from a certified vet.
3. Microchip ID, which is implanted under the puppy’s back skin. The Microchip ID will be included in both the vaccination and health certificates. You can register the Microchip ID once you have him/her.
4. X-ray report and certificate of health from a vet certifying the puppy is currently free of any joint issues.
Will my puppy be microchipped?
Yes, we microchip all of our puppies before delivering them to our customers. Vaccination and health certificates also have the microchip IDs listed.
Where are you located?
We are based in Taiwan, and sell puppies to customers in North America and Asia.
Are puppy prices negotiable?
No. Our prices are firm. We strive to provide maximum value for you without sacrificing the health and quality of our puppies.
Can I visit the puppies before making a purchase?
This is discouraged as we are not a pet shop and would prefer having you use the photos and videos of our puppies to make a purchase decision. We are happy to send you more updated videos also at any time.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept Paypal, credit card, or Western Union (add 4.5% surcharge if paying by PayPal). All of these payment methods offer you buyer protection against fraud.
Is my deposit refundable?
The deposit is only refundable if the puppy is unhealthy on delivery or is not the same puppy as shown in photos. Once you reserve a puppy, it is taken off the market, so we ask that you make a good faith effort to purchase him/her.
